About This Project

Before having Chaipani services, the company lacked an official website among other crucial elements of
the digital presence. Thus, Chaipani conducted thorough research of their existing Social Media pages,
email communications, and initial meeting audios to identify their specific goals, requirements, and
expectations. Then we performed the following steps:
1. Firstly, we conducted thorough competition research and analysis that targets local and global
audiences. This includes the working trends and elements in terms of postings, promotions, hashtags.
2. Then we improvised an expert strategy considering the client’s market needs including the market
size and consumer sentiment in India.
